2018 Showreel
Showreel breakdown
The showreel above is a representation of my skills as a 3D sculptor. Having the ability to use Autodesk Maya, Zbrush and Photoshop. I can create high poly sculpts in Zbrush, polypaint, groom, rig and pose them. In Autodesk Maya I can, as well as model, retopologize, rig, animate, create materials, work with UVs and render with Arnold. I've used Photoshop for design and texturing. Models are also game-ready and made for importing in game engines. I am currently learning Unity and Substance Painter. On the left is my latest Animation showreel and on the right is a short 3D film. Although I would want to pursue a career in 3D modeling, I would not like to disregard the hard work I have put in making these animations. Meet the artist
My name is Vasilena and I'm a 3D/2D Artist.
Graduate Animation student, currently working as a Mid 3D Artist and Trainer in the Digital Fashion Industry. I have graduated High school of Mathematics, Plovdiv, Bulgaria with a Graphics Design certificate and have a Bachelors degree in Animation from the UK - University of West of England, Bristol (UWE). I have studied as an exchange student in America - Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond VA (VCU) majoring in Kinetic Imaging and Communication and Arts. My interests mostly revolve around Modeling, Game Design, Concept Art and Animation. You can always catch me doodling in my sketchbook as I always carry one with me everywhere I go! I love travelling and exploring different cultures.
